report data doesn't match query

I've just discovered that one of my main reports is not giving me the correct data.  The data IS correct on the table, through the relationships and it shows up correct on all queries including the one that the report is based on for a record source.  I deleted the report and started over with a fresh one but got the same results.

What could make a report show different or mis-matched relational data than the query in its record source?

Thanks

Adam

I think I figured it out.  I had one report from one query and the query was pulling information from 9 tables and one subquery.

I've started making one report and then one or two subreports. I haven't gotten it all completed yet, but so far, the first report using only 7 fields including 5 of the tables in my query, the data is correct.  I'm not sure if the subquery has something to do with it - as maybe because it's a subquery it should be in a subreport?

Anyway, I will post what happens when I get the subreports done.

Thanks

Adam

Yeah, you MIGHT have to make a SUBsubreport!

Hmmm, the only thing that comes to my mind is the Groupings and Sortings.  Though data should be missing not mis-matched.  Is this a Report/Subreport scenario?  Maybe your link fields are linking to the incorrect field?
