Pre-flight tool/script

So, we have been give a tool by Microsoft FastTrack team to run against any mailbox or mailbox batches prior to migrating them to Exchange online but lately any time i run the tool it keeps give me the following error:

"Warning: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: value cannot be null"

How do I fix that?

what does even mean?
