Error 1920. Service 'Windows Font Cache

Question

i have a problem.................... when i want to install office 2013 i get the following error"  Error 1920. Service 'Windows Font Cache Service' (FontCache) failed to start 

please help me

i have windows 7 professorial SP1

Umbrella Systems doesn't work

i still have the same problem i go to services and make the start up of the font cache manual and automatic

it doesn't solve the problem i still have the same problem

i try to click start in service (font cache but i got this error
