Access 2007 Error Message

"Update or CancelUpdate without AddNew or Edit"

This is tied to a form we use to enter production data on a regular basis. The database is shared, and keys on the individual user as far as tracking work. Out of 20 users, only one person is having problems with this error...

Anyone know what it means and how to fix it?

Thanks,

In addition to Gina's questions, I would expect to see this type of error message when using recorsets in DAO or ADO. Is there any code that you can share?

It might have to do with References but before we check those...  Is this database split?  Does everyone have the same Office configuration?  Does everyone have the same updates installed?
