I work as Shuttle Service Dispatcher for a multi-dealership complex.  I'm trying to automate the process of filling out a dispatch ticket for a driver, including the Service Advisor and dealership names, driver name, address the customer will be taken to, and the times of dispatch and estimated time of return.  I want to be able to print the dispatch form to hand to the driver, and maintain a manipulable record of driver runs, for which dealership, by day, month, and year.

Is there an existing Access 2003 database I could modify to suit my purposes?  I can supply more information is any is needed.

Thanks for your help.

There probably won't be a template or pre-made database that exactly fits your situation. Most Access databases are custom-built for a specific project; the Microsoft templates library can provide a good jumping off point for some, and there are other resources, but you'll probably need to customize any existing database to fit your specific situation.

Thanks for the helpful suggestions.  The closest template is the Resources Management, for Access 2003, which has a customer table and resources.  I can change things around a little, then make new forms and reports to match what I need.  I'm just a little rusty at it!

    Thanks again,
