Excel 2010 need to export Data Validation Input Messages

I have workbook that contains worksheets with several cells that contain Data Validation input messages. The workbook requires translation into other language. I need to include a file of the input messages that need to be translated. I also have to be able to get the translated input messages back into the correct cells of the newly translated workbook. Any ideas out there to best handle this?
