Does the issue occurs only when trying to use Arabic as an input language or also occurs when trying to use English?

Run Word 2010 as an administrator and check how it works.

Browse to the location C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14 or C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14, right click on the Winword.exe file and click on Run as Administrator.

What happens in Excel or powerpoint?

Do you have to click enter?

And did the run as admin have any effect?
