Error when installing Office 2010: "Setup cannot find Standard.WW\OWOW64WW.cab"

Original Title:"When I try to install MS Office Standard from disk..."

...setup cannot find Standard.WW\OWOW64WW.cab. I can see in Explorer that the file is there, but when I click on the folder I get the Setup message that it is an invalid location. I get identical results from autorun and setup, and from copying the Office14 to desktop. I have also removed previously installed versions of Office.
