daverage error

Question

I currently have 2 issues...

The first issue and most difficult (to me) being, I have a daverage formula that returns div/0 error.  I know that one of my criteria has a zero and would like the answer to be zero instead of error message.

This is the formula I am using =DAVERAGE(SALES!$A$1:$H$858,SALES!$G$1,TEMPLATE!A4:B5)  Sell cost and prod cost are formulas I entered using the information imported from and Access database and the possible source of the error message.

The second issue is when I try to copy another dsum formula to a range of cells in a column it only fills the next cell and not the rest.
