As a workaround try these steps and check if it fixes the issue

    1.       Click Start, click All Programs, click Microsoft Office, click Microsoft Office 2013 Tools, and then click Microsoft Office 2013 Upload Center.

    2.       In Upload Center, click Settings.

    3.       Under Cached Settings, click Delete cached files.

    4.       When you are prompted, click Delete cached information

I'm afraid I need to join the "me too" chorus. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and Office 2013 64-bit (release version). I also have been able to reproduce the error on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit.

    Unfortunatly , your idea doesn't work .

The same error message appears and nothing changed.

Do you have another one .
