application virtualization problem - office 2010 starter

i currently have office starter 2010, preinstalled onto my computer when i purchased it. when i try to open a word file or an excel file, it says that my "application virtualization client could not launch the application you requested. application virtualization service is not running. report the following error code to your system administrator." can someone help?

    hi, i tried using the support link provided above (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2465140) but the message that it gives me is that the "click-2-run configuration failure"
