I just switched to a Mac.

What is the equivalent to Ctrl+End to move to the last cell used?

Command+End - but depending on your keyboard you may have to also include the fn key [End is the secondary function of the Right Arrow key on laptops, Apple Wireless keyboards, etc.].

You'll find most everything you want to know in the Excel Help topic: Excel keyboard shortcuts

almost all Apple keyboard End is tied to one of the Arrow  Keys.

    I think it's the Down Arrow⬇︎

Possibly the arrow that Points to the right ➡︎

Try using Bob's answer using one of the arrow keys.
