ODBC Excel Failure

We just converted from 2007 to 2010 and we have an excel file that is linked to other spreadsheets and when we refresh that document in 2010 the following error message appears - "ODBC Excel Driver Login Failed" then "Could not decrypt file". Any ideas on how to operate this file in 2010. We had no issues with this in 2007.

Does the issue occur with a particular file or other files which are also linked?

Is the file saved in .xls or .xlsx format?

Also follow the steps given below and check if it helps:

Click on Start< Control Panel< Programs and Features< Right click on Microsoft Office 2010< Change< Add or Remove Features< Next< click on the arrow mark pointing downwards next to Microsoft Office 2010 and click on Run All From My Computer and click next and Finish and check if it helps.
