My laptop running win xp pro and norton 360 v1 became corrupted affecting my excel progrmmes on attempting to delete office to clean reinstall found that I could not unistall all components namely c:\programmefiles\microsoftoffice\office14\1033\ospintl.dll when attempting to open with adobe message read could not open as not supported or damaged can you please help. After running tool am able to reinstalloffice 2010 all appears good,
