I run a s/s program developed in the past (.xls). In the charts generated by this program I cannot move the chart title and x/y axes titles anymore.
When I create manually a new workbook I can move all titles. I use now Win7, Excel2007; it seems to have occurred since I moved to Win7. The spreadsheet is protected bu the charts (and some data entry cells are not.

Sorry for not being clear. The 'program' is a combination of macros and a set of instructions in visual basic; the result of computations is presented in a chart; all within the workbook in Excel itself.
Is this issue experienced only for the files created through the program which you’ve developed? if the issue is only with charts imported from an external program, post your query in TechNet forum for IT Pro mentioned below.
