Appointment/Booking database sample

Does anyone know where I can find an appointment booking sample db that I could use as a starting point?  Somthing similar to:

I also cames across 2 on roger's access library but they use Flexgrid, which has turned out to be a serious PITA since MS amputated flexgrid in an update...  So I'm looking for something purely Access driven.

The idea is a business with 3-4 technicians, where daily bookings can be made and a day planner style report can be generated.
