Viewer Mode Issues

Last Christmas I recieved a laptop with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 and it also came with a product key, I entered the key for main programs such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel; however I forgot to do the same for Access, Publisher, OneNote and Outlook. I try opening these programs and it asks me to enter my product key; I do that and everything seems to configure, after confirguration nothing changes; it didn't even come up with an error code or anything, but when I try accessing the program it won't let me and just goes into viewer mode. I still have my product key but it just won't work anymore. Does anyone know how to help me? Thanks.

Office Home and Student 2010 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote applications. While installing Office 2010 you may have included Office Professional 2010(optional) which has more applications as Outlook, Access and Publisher which will trial version. Once the trial is expired you won’t be able to work on these applications.
