Aligning inserted tables?

Is there any OneNote feature that lets me, say, left align multiple inserted tables?  (I can always drag them manually but other Microsoft programs support various alignment features).

TIA,

    Omer,

I created two text containers one to the left of the other. I ctrl-clicked the top of each container, went to the Ribbon, Home, Paragraph Alignment, Right alignment. I found that both containers elongated (!) substantially and the text moved to the right side of each container.  When I selected Left alignment the containers "shrank" to their original size and the text in each container moved to the left side of each container. This behavior is beyond my understanding.  All I'm trying to do is select 2+ containers and align them on their left edge like the text appears along the left edge of a paragraph. I'm starting to think it can't be done except for manually.

It is actually a mix of the two, depending on your selection. If you select the container that contains the table (called the Outline), then the alignment buttons on the ribbon will do what you want. Of course they will also left align everything else in the container not just the table.

Are there other content you want to leave center/right aligned? If not this might be just what you want.

    Omer,

The alignment features offered relate to the content of tables. I was looking for a way to align the left edges of the tables or text containers themselves.

Given the "fluid" way one can place  text containers\tables in OneNote maybe what I'm looking for is not thought of as being that useful!

P.S. Just had a look at your "onetastic" product. Didn't know that OneNote add-ins even existed! Will explore further.

I didn't see the option to align in OneNote 2013...... are you sure it is present?
