Random Excel Crashes on RD Server

Excel crashes randomly when a user is switching between open spreadsheets.  No events recorded in logs apart from in the Microsoft office sessions log.  Error and environment details below. I also noticed that similar errors are being recorded for Outlook and Excel as well in the Office sessions log. When these errors are received I have heard reports from the user that the spreadsheet was duplicated on the taskbar.
