while using windows 11, the mouse does not always slow down, slowing down the whole system.
Checking the taskmanager I don't detect any hardware slowdown.
ii verify video and mouse drivers and are all installed correctly.

Try connect it to a different USB port (in case it is a USB mouse)
Check and if it required any driver, then download and install the driver.
