OneNote to Sql server ?

I track several "tables" (rectangular data arrays) in OneNote.  Is there anyway, using OneNote, to setup a link or connection to Sql server so I cam push  OneNote "table" data out to a Sql server table(s)?  The link does not need to be live. The push could be on demand.

TIA,

edm2

P.S.  I am looking for an approach that OneNote supports out of the box.  I do not have the knowledge to write a custom Visual Studio 2012 program using "ADO.NET" or "web services" to do this type of task. Sorry.

OneNote 2013 can embed Excel documents. You can set up an Excel sheet with Sql connection and embed it into OneNote. You can use full Excel capabilities this way in OneNote. OneNote 2010 does not have an equivalent.

    Omer,

Very Clever. At least OneNote 2013 can address the issue.

    Thanks,
