Question

I have the new Lion operating system for my MAC, I have Microsoft Office 2008. I have been receiving this error when I close my Word document (not force quit) upon trying to restart my computer. When this started happening I noticed my toolbars will not lock or stay open when I open a new document so I have to reset them every time I open a new document only in Word am I have this problem though. The little clipboard has this error message and i don't know how to fix it:
