Fixed Footnotes & Endnotes

Greetings,

I would like from you to guide me on how to freeze the endnote and footnote in word document . For example, if i want to add text , paragraph , insert line or delete line/add line in any pages of word document, then the footnote/the endnote wont move upwords or downward. On the other way, I would like to let the new line/text/paragraph to be added to skip to the second page. This can be done by crossing the footnote (without pushing it down)and the endnote(without pushing it down ) in case of addition of new line/text/paragraph. Moreover, i would like to let the existing line/text/paragraph move upwards to the first page coming from the second page crossing the endnote(without pushing it up ) and the footnote(without pushing it up ) on the second page coming to the first page and stay before the footnote.

Footnotes will normally stay on the same page as the footnote reference.
