EMBED("Excel.SheetBinaryMacroEnabled

I've been using Excel for a long time but this new 2010 is really a pain!  Somehow I have embedded about 100 rows by 6 columns of line items? I have no clue how or when but I've got a bunch of work ahead if I can't UNEMBED (not a word) them. I've never used embedding ever. I'm hoping that the solution is one button or the reverse of what I did. Could someone kindly give me some help on this?  Thanks a lot!

I really appreciate your interest but I have deleted the file and started over again. I just didn't have time and I had to get something done . I spoke with a guy at Gold's Gym this a.m. and he said that when one copies and pastes from one Excel sheet to another, he always uses "Paste Special"/text and that seemed to solve any future problems. Don't know if that wlll work for me. When I get time, I'll test it. I have about 11,000 leads that I am trying to organize and they all are a mixture of all caps, full name or first and last columns etc. SO it's a chore. Need a decent contact manager software also.

    Again thanks for your interest.
