That's because it is not available as yet. You can continue to use the 2010 version.

I've been looking to enable and use the Package Solution Wizard in Access 2013 but can't find it. Where is it located and how do I enable it as this has changed since Office 2010. Also, does anyone have info on when the Access 2013 Runtime will become available?
Any help is appreciated....

Since it is still in *preview* stage I am not surprised. I wouldn't look for that until it *real* release date.
It's been almost two months since my last post and I am disappointed by Microsoft's lack of a Package Solution Wizard for Office 2013. I had originally installed Office 2013 and thought this piece would be available shortly but no dice.
When is this getting released or have they discontinued the use of the Runtime and/or PSW??
Does anyone have more insight on this or should I just downgrade back to Office 2010 and skip Office 2013 entirely?
Thanks
Chris
Thanks for the info, I figured it was available when installing Office in Custom mode as it was in Office 2010.
Hmmm, perhaps you could ask here...
