Project not saving baseline

I have a project which was originally a master project with 7 sub-projects. I then changed it to have all tasks in one project as I was having problems with links. Now I have noticed that some tasks don't show the baseline saved, initially I thought it to be because of new tasks inserted after the base line was created but I have tried saving new baseline (1, 2 and 3) and those tasks don't have a baseline still. What could be possibly preventing Project from saving the baseline for only a sub-set of tasks in the project?

Thanks

Vander

    Vander,

How exactly did your "change" to have all tasks in one project? And were the link problems associated with the basic link structure of master/subproject or were they associated with interproject links (i.e. external predecessors/successors between tasks in different subprojects)?

Which version of Project. Do you have the latest Service Pack installed? If not download and install it to see if the issue remains.

You might also try saving the file to xml then opening the xml and merging into a new file in case file corruption is the problem.
