Unable to sync on my PC as not recognising the windows Live sign in - jhave changed password but still no joy

Does the issue occur with only one notebook?

Set Internet Explorer as default browser and check whether the issue occurs.

If it’s an issue with particular notebooks, remove and re-add the notebook to SkyDrive and check if it helps.

You may also close the notebook in OneNote and re-open it and check if it helps.

    Remove the password from the Windows credentials then try to log in into SkyDrive and check if that works.
