VISIO will not install

Something went wrong Office can't do that right now because your product is busy with another task. Please wait for the other task to complete and try again.

This is showing up when I start the security run? ANY suggestions? NOTHING else is running except this program that will not install (I have Windows 8)

As the error message, please try following steps:

Stop and start or restart Microsoft Office Service following below mentioned instructions and verify the result:

Step 1:

1. Click Start, Type ‘services.msc’ without quotes in search program and files and hit enter.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

2. In the Services list, double-click Microsoft Office Service.
3. In the Windows Installer Properties dialog box, click Automatic in the Startup type list.
4. Click Start, click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Start the software installation.

Step 2:

Restart the machine and repair Office 2013 using the link below and check if it resolves.

Note: although the link applies for Office 2010 the steps holds good for Office 2013.
