can't open webapp

Question

Hi, I Posts the Question to Skydrive Forum and they suggest me to post here too.

My Environment is 

• Windows 8 with Skydrive for PC (Modern and Desktop)
• Office 2013 (32-bit)
• Skydrive for iOS (iPhone and iPad)

Right now, I don't have problem to work with Office 2013. it can create, open and save normally.

the problem is when I want to access via Skydrive (Web) including Office Web App and Skydrive for iOS (iphone and iPad)

1. File can be download normally via web
2. I can open file to view via Office Web App
3. I can open file to edit via Office Web App --> Edit in Word (Office 2013)

4. I can't open file to edit via Office Web App--> Edit in Word Web App. it display(Sorry, this document can't be opened for editing)

5. I have same issue with Skydrive for iOS. It unable to download and open to view.

What's happened with my Office Web App?

Hi Linexp. Thank you so for reporting this issue. It turned out there was an incorrect DNS setting causing this problem. We have fixed it and filed a bug to put processes in place to prevent it from happening again.

I have verified that the document link in your feedback is now opening correctly in the Word editor. Please remove the sharing permissions on that document if it wasn't already shared before you sent feedback.

Thanks Linexp. I was able to reproduce the problem with the document link you shared in your feedback. I will respond back as soon as I have more info from developers on what the problem is.

Dear Michael

I sent to feedback.

This happen to me to all File (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

I can view but I can't open to edit.

(by the way, Word Application can open it)

Actually I have some capture step. I don't think I should post publicly.

PS. For iOS App. I try to open the case on this forum because it think this is the same issue.

If I can fix to make Office Web App work. So iOS app might also be fixed.

Actually, for issue number 4, this is correct forum. Linexp, can you please open attempt to open the file using the Edit in Word Web App command again, and when you get the error dialog, click the Give Feedback link that appears in the dialog, or if the isn't one, dismiss the dialog and click the Give Feedback button (next to the ? button in the upper right corner of the document).

When you fill out the feedback form, please put the term mjh123 in your comments. Once you've done this, please reply here so we know you've submitted the feedback. Once you've done this we can investigate why your document isn't opening.

Is this only happening for a particular document or for all of them?
