excel file showing exclamation mark

hi all

for some reason i have an excel file showing exclamation mark now well as of 9 feb 2014... is my file now corrupted ??

I have VBA code and macros in the file... 

office 365 home premium  

Release: January 2014 Update

Version: 15.0.4551.1512

    All my XLSM file have this icon (scroll in lower right corner with !)
