Hi,

I see that I am not the only person having this problem.  I did what was given as a remedy, I (R) click propertes, advanced but no ready for archiving was available to click.  I also tried to enter my number of the computer and it wouldn 't accept it.  I know that I had 25 times to do it in.  Do you think because it wasn't entered that I was shut down?  Need help please.

Thank you.

Is the problem document-specific? In that case, the document may contain a protected content control.

On the other hand, if this happens with any document, either your Office installation is damaged or you are running an expired trial version. You can try repairing the installation by starting setup from Control Panel (the details depend on which operating system you are running).

If you need a new version, you have to purchase one.
