Does Duo Admin app support rename through SCIM provisioning?

I am trying to do SAML SSO integration on Azure Active Directory For the Duo Admin app but my main problem is whenever the username gets changed in workday, the username, and primary email are changed automatically in Azure AD as well which will cause failure in login the Duo Admin app as the UPN does not match for the Duo Admin app. I was wondering if there is any scim api available so I can automate the name change for the UPN when we push it to the App for SSO.
