Hello!

So my Issue is this: I have an Excel file, that has hyperlinks to other cells and worksheets in it, and when I convert it to a PDF I lose the hyperlink functionality. I have tried Saving it as a PDF through MS Excel, I have tried printing as PDF, and I have tried importing and converting it using Acrobat XI Pro. I have also saved the file as an .html and converting it with Acrobat and that also did not work. I have search this problem on Google but came up empty handed. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sometimes the solution can extremely simple when you are looking for something complex. I swear this hasn't always been here but apparently there is a "Save As Adobe PDF" selection now. When I used that and selected the entire workbook the links were functional.

After research I figured out that you need to fully update Acrobat XI before the Addin works with office 13.

Other office applications work when saving to PDF when using URL hyperlinks. Sadly I do not need URL hyperlinks.

The files are located in the same workbook just in different worksheets. So when you click on a certain cell it sends you to the assigned cell on another worksheet.

How do other office applications work?

Do they save it properly when saved as pdf?

Are these files located in the same folder as the original excel file or on other locations?
