Data Analysis Plus (ADD-IN)

I have been trying to work on an assignment. I need the data analysis plus for excel 2013, but am unable to find it. Any suggestions? I need to find the T-TEST MEAN and Z-SCORE which would be in the add in ribbon...

    I suspect that this is not a Microsoft provided Add-In, have you tried a web search for

    Data Analysis Plus for Excel

    I see several results.

    Be sure and check what versions of Excel any that you find support.  I have seen Add-Ins that worked in Excel 2010 that caused Excel 2013 (and other office 2013 applications) to suffer complete meltdown.

    Excel Options>Add-ins>Manage>Excel Add-ins is it listed, and is the VBA Add-in listed and ticked also?

    Although Analysis Plus  is a third party plug-in, as apposed to the Excel Analysis ToolPak
