Microsoft Office Language Pack 2013 - SETUP ERROR

Hi, 

I run a Dell PC on Windows 7 64bit with Microsoft Office Professionnal 2013. I was trying to switch the Office interface into english in order to get Excel into english (I need the formulas in english for profesionnal reasons). I thus downloaded a language pack directly from the Office website. When trying to install the pack, I got a first setup error which I managed to overcome.

I now have a new errror that says the following :

"The installation of a Microsoft Office 2013 Language Pack requires that another Microsoft Office 2013 program be installed on your computer. An installation of Microsoft Project or Visio does not meet this requirement, because each of these programs has separate Language Packs. Correct the issue(s) listed above and re-run setup".

I just paid 20€ for a language pack (!!!) which advises me to install an Office suite which is already installed and for which I already paid +350$ for and I can't manage to make it work in english.

Which version of MS Visio and Project do you have installed on the computer?

I have the same issue as described above. Also the online repair has been performed and the computer has been restarted. Unfortunately no luck in being able to installed the dutch language pack afterwards.

Can you please advise?
