Problems with error code 0x80070000D

Question

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 family pack working fine on 2 machines, but not responding on the original machine it was installed on. Cannot activate software on line or by phone, have tried reinstalling Office but still having the same problem. Any ideas?

As I understand you are unable to activate Office 2010 using internet and telephone option due to the error 0x80070000D.
