data validation group and subgroup

Question

I have two columns as stated below

Fruit	Vegetable
apple	brocolli
oranges	cabbage
	carrot

On the Data Validation, if I'm looking for Fruits, how do I show on the selection that will show only apply and oranges.  Consequently, if I'm looking for Vegetable, the selection will be limited to brocolli, cabbage and carrots only.
