i installed the mini translator but the translator box disappears fast and i can't see the translation. it works well in other offices programs.

I have same issue now and ALL office programs are NOT working correctly.

It does show a transparent window but only flash two times then disappear.

Also, had tried safe mode and clear (disable) all add-in but not corrected.

Could anyone help me??  Thank you SO MUCH.

    Hello,

You may turn off and turn on the ‘Mini Translator’ and check if that works.

You may also refer to the section ‘See translations with the Mini Translator in Word’ in the article below and check if that helps:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/see-translations-with-the-mini-translator-HA010356733.aspx

If the issue still persists, open Word 2013 in application safe mode and check how it works.

To open Word in application safe mode: From ‘Start’ screen type 'winword /safe' (Without the quotes and note the space in the command)

If you’re able to work with Word in safe mode, then follow the steps below to disable add-ins and once done try to open Word normally and verify the status.

    1.    Click File menu, click Options > Add-in, click Go button in the Manage: Com-in Add.

    2.    Check if there is any add-in, clear the checkbox to disable it.

For further queries, reply and we would be happy to assist you.

    Thank you.
