Acer Cloud Excel Addin

Question

How do I disable the Acer Cloud Excel Addin?

I've tried clicking File, Options and then Add-ins, but whilst this shows me the Acer Cloud Excel Addin, it doesn't offer me any means of deleting it.

If I select Manage Excel Ad-Ins/Go, a list appears, but it doesn't show Acer Cloud Excel Addin.

Hi,

Try this

File | Options | Addins | In the 'Manage' dropdown ensure that 'Excel Addins' is selected and click GO and un-check the addin you want to disable.

I've tried this, but Acer Cloud Excel Addin doesn't appear in the Add-Ins list.  However, one thing I've just noticed is that the 'Acer Cloud Excel Addin' Type is 'COM Add-in'.

Hi Ian,

you can uninstall Office Addin from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

1. On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:
   • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
   • Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.
2. When you find the program Office Addin, click it, and then do one of the following:
   • Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
   • Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).
3. Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Office Addin.
