How do I change the user name in Word for Ipad so that I am able to track changes under a different name?

    Hi,

    Are you working with a document with the track changes?

    If yes, then you'll not be able to edit the changes as the document will be in the read-only mode.

    Here's my question: how can i get the iOS version of Word to use my name (as opposed to Microsoft User) in tracked changes from the start?

    Hi

    You must change your email login by making an alias email login. Make it the new alias email as primary and viola your name that appeared in track changes and comment boxes will be changed by system.
