Find and Replace Box keeps jumping

I use the find and replace feature a lot.  I just upgraded to Office 365 (I'm still using Windows 7), and whenever I use the find and replace feature, the actual dialogue box keeps moving up and to the left in small increments, forcing me to follow it each time I click "find next" or "replace all", etc..  It is not a huge deal, but it is bothering me to no end.  Is there anyway to fix this?  I also had this problem with Office 2010.

Instead of trying to follow the moving buttons with the mouse, use the keyboard shortcuts -- the Alt key plus the underlined letter on the button (R for Replace, A for Replace All, and F for Find Next).

The behavior is by design. Word is trying to move the dialog box out of the way so that it doesn't hide the text on the page.
