Matrix formatting in excel sheet

Hi,

i ve a really big problem, which couldn't solve till that time  about this worksheet. I wanna enter data to left side of this sheet and want to sum all the "TM" results in matrix automatically. in purple and orange datas can be change, i mean in this sample its going regular ( KK-KB-DP-DD-DK) and (52-53-60-61-65). These are just code, but grey rows are numbers which i want to sum...

So is there any basic way to update this matrix easily? because there will be much more than 1000 rows (6 rows datas is for one person).

    I'm not sure if you're asking how to make cell formulas that get input from other cells and do calculations, or if you're asking about how to use Conditional Formatting to change the format of the cells after the calculation changes the cell value.
