Excel Error File Block Settings

As of today, whenever I try to save any .xlsx file or create and save a new one, I get the popup: You are attempting to save a file type (Excel 2007 and later Workbooks and Templates) that has been blocked in your file block settings in Trust Center.

My File block settings show ALL file types checked for Save.

I can't save it as any .xlsx or .xls type but can save .csv but when I open and try to save the .csv the same error appears.

Tried running the Office Repair from Control Panel and reboot, but no success.

By checking file types for Save you are dis-allowing Save, not allowing Save!

The caption above the list states: By selecting Save, Excel prevents saving in this file type.

Thank you. This issue has be plaguing me for months. I am embarrassed to admit that i did not read, and checked all of the boxes instead of un-checking them. I cannot comprehend why this is even a feature. I do not want to block myself from saving my own files.

I just figured that out before your answer. Thanks though!
