I am trying to calculate cycle times.

Column B:  Milestone 1, planned date

Column C:  Milestone 1, actual datea

Column D:  Milestone 2, planned date

Column E:  Milestone 2, actual date

On a new sheet, I would like to calculate

Column B:  the period has actuals.   E-C

Column C:  If column B has actuals, then, "----"

Otherwise, calculate the plan from either, D-C or D-B

If for some reason, (D or C is blank) or (D or B) is blan, return, a "N/A"

Hope this is clear.
