Hi,

I tried adding Google Drive to my cloud account by adding things to the regedit.

Anyway, it didn't work and I wanted to remove the option that appeared - but couldn't succsed. tried to delete it from the regedit, but didn't work as well.

I downloaded the option from - https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Add-Dropbox-and-Google-94afd730

just to clarify - the google drive option does appear, but when selecting it I receive the following message: 'Sorry, we're having server problems, so we can't add Google Drive right now. Please try again later.'

thanks.

Did you ever figure out the "server problems" issue?  I'm getting the same thing.

I did not try that, but as far as I understand the script you need also to install the drive tools:

    Google:

    https://www.google.com/intl/en/drive/download/

    DropBox:

    https://www.dropbox.com/downloading

Anyway, you ask how to remove that:

    • Run regedit.exe
    • Go to the key

      HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\Cloud Storage\

    • Right click the key and export the key to have a backup
    • Delete this subkey to remove Google Drive:

      ecc30fd0-4546-11e2-bcfd-0800200c9a66

    • Delete this subkey to remove DropBox Drive:

      2c0ed794-6d21-4c07-9fdb-f076662715ad

    • Reboot your PC

When you do something wrong you can double click the exported .reg file and restore the deleted keys.

    Andreas.
