    Thank you for your response.

    Since the End User License Agreement was not helpful and did not answer you query, I would suggest you to check with the Microsoft Commerce team for information regarding usage of Office 365 for certified EHR.

    In the help page, under Getting help click on Contact Customer Support. Select a Product, Problem type and Category. Then either click on Call Me or Start Chatfor more help on this issue.

    The response I received did not answer my question.   I'm wondering if there is a version of Office 365 that is considered certified EHR by Office On National Coordinator.
