Ipad powerpoint application does not open

Hi there! Seasons greetings! I would like to kindly ask for help since my RECENTLY UPDATED powerpoint app for Ipad did not open. I was trying to view my presentations (which I was able to view and to use previously in perfect/no error condition) today from documents manager app and suddenly the app wont just open. The other microsoft applications like word and excel work just fine and I already deleted and re-downloaded the app but STILL IT WONT WOR from yje app store. Please I kindly need your advice/solution. Thank you and hoping for your warm response.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    In order to resolve the issue, it would be best for you to reset the PowerPoint App on iPad. Follow these steps to reset the PowerPoint App on iPad:

    1. Ensure the PowerPoint App is closed.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Find the App you want to reset. In this case the PowerPoint App.
    4. Select the App.
    5. Scroll down to Reset PowerPoint.

    Once reset check if the issue resolves and the PowerPoint app does not show the old files.

    Try the above step and let us know the result.

    None of my Microsoft apps for my iPad will open now. I have excel, PowerPoint and word and you click on them and they show the opening page and then click right back to the home screen?
