Cannot print attached docs in email.

Question

Since having Office online, I am unable to print pdf attachments from my computer. Every time I open one it comes up with a window shows weird symbols

I might be putting this in the wrong place, but I am having a printing problem, too.  I have a brand new Lenovo laptop, a brand new printer, latest everything.  Until yesterday everything worked fine.  Today, no matter what document I try to print from OneDrive, when it says to view your pdf online, a pdf I downloaded yesterday comes up.  I've tried numerous Word documents from different folders.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I really can't afford to delete the pdf that seems to be in the way of everything because it contains important confirmation information.

Thank you for the reply.

You may try to Change the default printer into ‘Microsoft XPS Document Writer’ or ‘Send to OneNote’ then try to print and check if that works.

If you’re able to print then consider upgrading your printer drivers or contact printer manufacturer for further help.

Hello. Have to print various PDF files that came with emails and cannot print any of them.

When I click on the icon I get this

To be honest I have not liked On Line and sorry I downloaded it. Is there any way to go back to before it...?
