OneDrive synchronization

Hi,
I m having trouble with deleting files, I´m getting this error:

Can anybody help me, please?

The file was storaged in desktop area, it was jpg file - and I stored as login user. But there is automatical syncronization in our company (of al files localized in desktop) to onedrive.
Then I log in another pc - with my account (I think that in that time was taking place the syncronization) and then log out, maybe the syn wasn´t finish.
After tat I tired to delety those files and gives me that error.

Note: When I trying connect to the second pc - all sync are visible like done.

If You have any idea what can I do with this issue I would be very grateful!!

How did you delete the file? Where did the file store? Did this problem only appear in specific file?
Did this problem appear in specific user?
I suggest you go to the file original folder and check if there are hidden files under it.
You can also check the permission for users.
