Hello
I am running Access 2013 on two Windows 7 PCs (one a DELL Precision desktop running Windows 7 Enterprise, the other an HP Laptop running Windows 7 Pro.)
When editing Queries in "SQL" mode, I save the query (and it does save) but the editor section of the screen goes blank. I lose the scroll bars as well. If I switch to "datasheet" mode and back to "SQL Mode" the text comes back. Same if I minimize Access then restore.
At first I thought this was a bug with my graphics card, but my DELL Precision Workstation and HP Elitebook laptop are running very different graphics cards.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks!
Andrew

Very annoying that Microsoft hasn't addressed this problem. I write a LOT of queries in SQL and have to leave and return to SQL view for the screen to repaint. VERY annoying. Microsoft really needs to resolve this issue.
Same problem here. Very strange. Like the above poster, it happens while in SQL view and I save the query. It's as if the text color has changed to white - I'm still able to highlight the text and copy it out of the editor.
This is the first time I have heard anyone else complaining about this problem. I have not been able to resolve it. I do know that one of my computers needs an Office 2013 update which I have been too lazy to apply, but I doubt it will fix the issue.
Thanks for posting as misery loves company! I'll let you know if I figure anything out.
Any movement on this issue? Same behavior on Windows 7 Professional on Lenovo E540.
